What breed of cattle do you have?

We have two different breeds of cattle. Hereford, and Wagyu Cross (Hereford/Red Wagyu).

Where are all your animals from?

All of our Wagyu cross cattle are born and raised here on our farm. Some of our Herefords come from a good friend of ours just down the road. All of our cattle are born and raised in Tama County Iowa.

Is your beef grass-fed?

Our cattle graze on pasture until they are moved into the feeding program where they are offered free choice hay along with a local grain and protein mixture

Where can you ship?

We ship to all of the lower 48 states. We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii and are not shipping outside of the US at this time.

How much is shipping?

Flat-rate Shipping is calculated based on the time zone within the United States.

We ship FREE on all orders over $120 within our ground shipping area (see list below)

States within our ground shipping area (as of November 2023 - subject to change): Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Illinois, Kansas.

What is your shipping schedule?

We currently ship beef every Tuesday. Our boxes hold of maximum of 24 lbs. of beef. We recommend ordering 10-20 lbs. to ensure that everything arrives frozen.

Is your beef shipped frozen?

Our beef is shipped with dry ice and should arrive completely frozen. When your beef arrives, please unpack it as soon as possible into your freezer, or defrost it in your refrigerator. If your beef is thawed but still below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, you can refreeze it for future use or store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Return Policy

We have a strict no returns and no refunds policy. Most of our products are perishable and can not easily be shipped back and forth. We can not accept frozen products back for resale. All meats are NO returns or refunds, no exceptions.
